Central location, large comfortable bed, and kitchen. Staff were communicative and attentive.

We did find some cockroaches, but that could be typical of older buildings.

a pleasant stay in the center of Cartagena.

hotel is situated in the center of the city so everything is closeby. the room was quiet, just like the other people said.

breakfast was not included. we had to go to an other facility and take breakfast over there but we finally had breakfast in the streets taking an Arepa, the local stuff.

Super comfortable stay in the city Center

The apartment that we booked was fully furnished in a classic style. The location is superb since you are right in the center with all the places worth visiting in a 3-4 minutes by walk distance. But without any doubt the best is the courtesy of the staff. Ms Susana was helpful and available all the time. To finish with, they offer the possibility of doing a late checkout, a place to store our luggage and free access to the swimming pool the rest of the day.

To go in/go out the building you need to call through the intercom the 24h reception desk.

Spacious with great location on busy street. Beautiful view from the balcony.

Perfect location. Easy to access and great security system. They allowed us to leave a suitcase there for several days.

That I wasn't told I needed to do a walk through check out with an employee. It could have made us very late since we were on the way to the airport. I didn't like that they said you couldn't have guests. It's a private reservation not a hostel.

The room was very nice and the location was right in the heart of the central historic district.

Nice suite, pool was nice, good location

We did not like the entry system where we had to press a button and wait for a response to be let in and out. The staff are running two hotels and sometimes were running back and forth between buildings, so we had to wait a few minutes to be let in and out. In an emergency, you could not just get out of the building.

Great centrally located apartment

Great central location and lots of space. We rented the 3 bedroom apartment for 4 people and it was excellent. Cute rooftop plunge pool. Great security (you got buzzed in and out when they see your face on the security camera). No hot water in the shower but it really didn't matter because Cartegena is so hot that a cold shower was really wonderful after a minute of getting used to it. Reception is at their sister hotel 2 blocks away but they were always available by phone or text. Great WiFi in all areas. Full kitchen with fridge and freezer. There is a mini market directly below for all the essentials. Definitely recommend if you're looking for an apartment rather than a hotel.

If I had to pick something it would be that there's no hot water in the shower but honestly, it's so hot in Cartegena that I didn't need hot water! The cold was so refreshing

Great location. Was great to watch all the activity from the balcony. Bed was really comfy. Receptionist was really nice. Quality price is really good.

The two rooms are following each other. There is a mezzanine where you have the two single beds and then you enter into the main room.

I would consider staying at this location again, if not, one of the other (2) bigger hotels.

The staff is extremely accommodating and far exceeded expectations. The location is absolutely perfect! The pool on the roof was great as well :)

This is a not a true (2) bedroom, so you would not have full privacy as you have to walk through sleeping area #1 to get to the real bedroom. The space could use a bit of updating as well.

Fantastic place in the heart of Cartagena

- Absolutely gorgeous building that takes you back in time and into another time&space. If walls could talk… - Excellent attention from Maria Celeste and Luz - Top-notch location in the heart of everything - Tasteful interior design with beautiful details, impeccably clean and comfortable - Balcony with lush plants, with views straight into the gorgeous, colourful part of the historic centre - Drinking water available for guests with no additional charge - Silent a/c and fan

- Weak light in the bathroom, will do for a romantic atmosphere shower but not to get ready in front of the mirror - No washing up liquid, sponge, salt, cooking oil. I don’t mind buying these, however, for short stays I would appreciate the basics to be available - Despite the central location, it was not noisy in the apartment. However, there doesn’t seem to be any kind of sound isolation between the apartments inside the building. So one can hear their neighbors just like they were in one’s own apartment. - It’s a little bit of a hassle to get in and out of the building. Guests don’t receive a key (only for the apartment but not for the main entrance of the building) and are supposed to ring a bell to have someone remotely open the door for them every time they need to get in/out. For me personally this one was the greatest inconvenience. This surely serves as a precaution and is understandable but it does impede the freedom of movement of the guest.

Perfect location, great staff!

Perfect location in the city center! Apartment very pretty and has everything you need. Staff was very friendly and always 24 hours available, great!

The apartment was very noisy, you can hear the other guests and they using their stairs very well.

Great location in the Walled City.

This hotel is in a fantastic location and has a nice rooftop area. We were a bit concerned when we were told that our room didn’t have a window (we stayed in the double room, not one of the apartments) but it ended up being for the best as it was really quiet, something that is hard to find in Cartagena. The room does get some natural light through the doors. The staff also are very friendly and kindly let us leave our bags and use the pool before check in.
